We ship with Royal Mail 1st class, which aims for next day delivery including Saturdays.
If your TruTag is scanned, the person that scans it is taken to your public profile, and the only information they can see is what you have selected and inputed.
There is no guarantee they will. But, TruTag is designed so that it’s easy for them to do so. If they had no information for the owner, then there’s a chance you may never get it back. With TruTag, there chance is higher.
